I paid full amount and because of some circumstances, i decided to withdraw my application. It is clearly mentioned in my contract that the work not done is refundable. We haven't start any procedure means I am entitled for a full refund. Almost 3 months now and no action by the management. I appreciate dealing with their representative but there is no response yet from their main office. FOR ALMOST THREE MONTHS? SERIOUSLY.

It's FIVE MONTHS. Wake up.
I'm trying to be patient but please try to put yourselves into my situation.

7 MONTHS NOW. "We will escalate... we will escalate... we will escalate". That's the only response they can give.

1 YEAR AND 3 MONTHS. UNBELIEVABLE.
This is the meaning of "As quick as possible" to them.

2 YEARS AND 4 MONTHS.

By the way, they just blocked me in their facebook page for commenting "".
So I believe that they are blocking those who give negative comments. So expect good ones only in their page.

AFTER 3 YEARS AND 6 MONTHS, I've met their manager named Chris. They are offering a 2,000qar refund... telling me that it will be deducted to his own salary. How generous the idea... but i won't buy it.
I asked him if what will he do if he is in my situation, he answered that he will not request for refund. I answered back by saying "that's hypocracy. Coz I am here, fighting for my own money and you, your company is being greedy to take what is not yours. What more if it is your own money?"

"As discussed, Management have declined to refund any amount as per the

And post online while processing the supposedly refund amount. Which I
Am more than willing to close this as both of us have other important

By the way. Be careful of this company. They are sharing your profile to other candidates AS REFERENCE. Privacy is not safe. I received other candidates profile. It was sent under the name of Christopher Rod Ryane.

THINK TWICE in dealing with them.

NO ACTION FOR MORE THAN THREE YEARS! THEY CANNOT DO SIMPLE REFUND SO DON'T EXPECT YOUR APPLICATION TO BE PROCESSED!
