Purchased several masks. One was beautiful Hawaiian print with red hibiscus. Washed by hand, cold water in delicate-specific detergent. The red bled onto white during wash. Contacted Alohaz, sent a photo and went back and forth via several emails. All I asked them to do was send me a replacement.
Bottom line... they refused. Gave me the excuse that it was not in the 30 day period for refunds/returns.
This was not merely a simple request for a refund/return, but concerns a defective/substandard item. Such request would be honored by most reputable retailers under normal business practices.
Company apparently does not stand behind their products and cares less about customer satisfaction.
