I brought one pair of shoes I never said I wonted to be VIP cutermer no one asked me to be, anyway they have taken £35 every month for the last year without my consent £305, I
Have been phoning emailing they did say at one point they would refund my money to me but it's been over 4 weeks now still no money back, stay well away from this company I am a pensioner can not afford to lose my money.
