Been with moonfruit for years. At some point in the last couple of weeks they deleted my site. Before deletion it was no2 on page 1 in Google search results, now its not even ranked on Google at all.
Their email response (after more than 24 hours) stated that my subscription had expired. I had absolutely zero contact from them prior to this to inform me that renewal was due, and for the last 8 years they have taken payment automatically.
Don't expect a speedy response from customer services even if they know your business depends on it (they only communicate by email or Twitter)
It's been 3 days since I contacted them and my website is still down
