Purchased a $200 motorcycle battery and Cyclegear's warehouse shipped it with basically no padding. UPS as usual took care of package by dropping it down a flight of stairs.
Luckily all it took was a phone call to CS and after a few picture emailed to CS they dispatch a new battery right away (Sent to the Brick and Mortar Store 1 hr away) but it arrived safe and not damaged.
Glad I bought from Cyclegear as it was and easy exchange.

Excellent. No hassle just simple pictures showing damaged $200 battery (Yuasa) That was damaged by UPS because of poor packaging done by Cyclegear Warehouse.
