Ordered a $95 hoodie for a Christmas present. Came in late so I just wrapped it just in time for Christmas. After my Daughter opened it on Christmas Day, she noticed it had holes on the right sleeve. I just returned it. Can't get a hold of anyone via phone just email. I will update this post after I get a response from customer service. For now, I will give it a 1 star since they do not quality control check their product before shipping. If I get a Good Customer Service response,
UPDATE 1/5/2021 4:26 PM Just received an email from Customer Service that they gave me a Store Credit so I re-ordered the Product. Fast Customer Service within 1/2 an hour to fix my problems on-line. I am changing my rating based on Customer Service Response and help
