It took over a month of constant pestering after they had received the defective controller they sold me, but I finally managed to get Sprinkler Warehouse to send my refund. The level of incompetence and bureaucracy at this place is hard to believe.

I received a defective controller (the time would reset randomly) and Sprinkler Warehouse would not replace it. They insisted I return it (they wouldnt answer whether they were going to charge a restocking fee) and after FedEx confirmed delivery over a week ago they have still not issued a refund. I contacted them 3 days after the return was delivered, a Wednesday, and they assured me the refund would be processed by Monday. Its now Tuesday and still no refund. This place is terrible. Im going back to The Drip Store where I never had such problems. It was only due to a misunderstanding I ended up ordering from Sprinkler Warehouse in the first place, and it wont happen again.
