I placed an order on 27/09/15 which was never sent. Sent many emails and messages from the contact tab for the last 3 weeks but no reply. The order was paid in full online through their website. Its been just over a month but no goods supplied. I must say I have bought from them before and the goods arrived with in 2 weeks time. The product is excellent and worked wonders for me but delivery times and customer service are two major issues and now I've read this review. Very concerned about my last paid order!
