While on marriott.com I selected button to make reservation. I was switched to Res. Count. Without any notice that I was leaving Marriott site. I made reservation for $359. When checking Marriott's site, a few days later, the rate for the room I booked was $185. When I contacted Reservation Counter to discuss they basically laughed at me (both a customer service rep and a manager).

No room unique room descriptions or pictures for the 3 room types, so it was a guessing game on...
Paul, I'm sorry for any confusion between us and the hotel. Our rates are constantly changing and can be lower or higher depending on when the room is booked.
