The 2 guys at the store, Steve and John were awesome. They need to find a new company to work for though. Head office staff incompetent. SOFIA AND MIKE were not a pleasure to deal with. Hope you dont ever need a refumd or credit. They will rip you off.

Thanks Paul, I'll let the team in Mississauga know you are happy with their service. Our refund policy states: The refund will be calculated based on the price of the product only, less freight charges both ways, and less a 15% re-stocking fee. The issue of concern is regarding tax for the freight back. Although a special arrangement was made for the freight back for you, if you were to ship the tires back yourself with a shipping carrier, you would still need to pay tax on the shipment. Either way you examine it, taxes must be paid. However we will make improvements into our customer service practices to help serve future customers better. Thank You, 1010TIRES.
