We have had absolutely the worse experience ever with Complete Living Space Ltd.

If you want a quality garden room delivered on time, based on our experience our recommendation is to not use this company.

This is why we would not recommend:

* Poor quality workmanship. Not just our opinion. We have had other builders look at the build which was left uncompleted and they were very critical.
* Complete Living Space Ltd perform work that they not certified for. They installed the electrics into our garden room but are not NICIC/ELESA certified. We have had a couple of other electricians look at the work so that we could have the electrics certified and they have found various problems. Complete Living Space Ltd have not provided electrical installation certificate. Looking back at the owners history, he seems to have owned another company called Complete Living Electrical Ltd which was dissolved. When I spoke to NICIC, it seems that he was taken off their register for some reason.
* They Take money in advance for work & materials they have no intention in delivering. Many parts of our build have been left uncompleted. For example cladding on building, composite fencing, plumbing etc.
* Delays and false promises. Build was meant to be 10 weeks. We now in week 30 with an unfinished build and no communications from Complete Living Space Ltd.
* Their company address is essentially a PO Box.

I have never known a company so unprofessional and with such terrible communication. I can no longer count the amount of phone calls and emails that we have had to make chasing things up.

We have reported the company to various trade and legal bodies.

If you have experienced any problems with this company then please report them to Trading Standards as well as Action Fraud. Don't just think your only option is to go through civil courts. We have reported them to various trade and legal bodies so and we believe justice will be served.

If a builder take money from you for work & materials not delivered and performed work that they are not qualified for then this has criminal liability.

The process may sometimes be slow but eventually the law catches up with these cowboys.
