I placed an order, and one of the items was out of stock. I emailed them, and they said they would refund me for the product. When I got my other products, I was shocked at how bad the quality was and how the products did not match up to the picture. I thought I could have easily returned my items since I had had an option online. However, the website was down, so I had to wait- during this time, they did not tell me anything in regards to the return policy. I tried emailing them again to see if they were able to process it via email, but that's when the return policy was brought up to me. I argued some main points, and they completely ignored my points. They did not try to even help me, and I am still waiting on the refund for one of the items that was not delivered. A complete waste of time and money.
