I joined TransUnion to keep tabs on my credit score and since 2020, I have not been able to access the service. When I call the customer service number, the first thing that ask is if you want to cancel your subscription. I canceled my subscription last month and they say that I can check my score until 1/7/23.
Guess what, I still stay stuck at the view data tab.
They should reimburse me for one year of fees.
They are the worst credit monitoring agency ever.
There should be negative stars, they would get a 5.
Had to pick a star to submit the rating.
