I posted a lengthy negative review about my experiences in dealing with Herdress. I found out some interesting things! I tried to locate them with the HongKong business registry who have no record of them, I have also failed to get an address out of them to return a dress which was ordered in navy blue and arrived in a nasty turquoise. The most they gave offered is a 10%refund BUT I contacted my bank and because it was paid with by a visa debit card they will pursue the matter for me because Herdress have misrepresented themselves in their refund/returns policy. I thought this was only possible with a credit card but apparently not. So I am looking forward to a full refund. Does anyone want a tacky turquoise dress bought for a special birthday but never worn!

Update on my last post- Herdress have now offered a 10% refund whoopee do! Not the full refund as per their returns policy for sending the wrong colour! I will keep trying though. In the meantime don't order from them unless you are prepared for poor customer service should something go wrong!
