I was a first time buyer from the EU and the 2 bags arrived wrapped in a thin plastic foil punctured on arrival. They reimbursed but now they don't let me place new orders as if it was my fault or some fraudulent act on my part.

Their only wrap 2 heavy bags in a thin plastic foil to send 1000s of miles.
