Item shipped to wrong address. Spent four phone calls and one email attempting to speak to customer service. Never received a response. Item price was about $2000. It is now two weeks since purchase.
Eventually I asked credit card to hold payment. Been shopping at Bergdorfs for nearly 60 years but I don't see how I can continue
I have used Walgreens in Lexington, Ma, Waltham, Ma and now find the Needham site to be the worst. Long lines to pickup prescription, email alerts that prescription can be picked up but on arrival am told it is not ready. Express pickup window not manned. Moving to another pharmacy as soon as I can.
