I have been paying more than $2500! Nothing done! Always get back. These are $#*!s! I spoke to misty nothing happened! Doesnt even know a anything about the account! What kind of a manager is that?! You go to their office its a freaking PO BOX office?! THIS IS A SCAM!

We're sorry that you feel that the team has not assisted you however, our records indicated that on numerous occasions since January 2019 when your 1st dispute round came back, our team has attempted to reach out to you, emails have been written, voicemails have been left, and in one round our team was able to remove 3 out of the 6 items items however, your refusal to work with numerous team members including members of upper management and our Escalations department have made it impossible for our team to continue with the process therefore, your file was placed on hold.

Hi Philimina,

After speaking with our support and upper management team regarding your client file. You purchased our Deletion Expert service and then canceled your service after your first round of disputes were completed. You additionally purchased tradelines to help improve your credit scores however, you discontinued your credit monitoring service in which needs to be active prior to allocating any tradelines to you for posting as we need to make sure there are no active fraud alerts on your profile, and need to see where your scores are prior to the allocation.

As our management team has attempted to explain to you on several occasions since your first communication with them on 12/29/18 Tradelines will not be allocated to you until after the Deletion Expert process is complete as the fraud alert on your credit report due to the dispute process prevents tradelines from posting.
