Item arrived broken. It was not prior to be shipped. I opened a claim but customer service refused to refund as they mentioned they can't confirme damages were caused by the shipping process.
Useless insurance, also they claim that "Buyee checks whether the product purchased by the customer can be shipped internationally when it arrives at the warehouse", they clearly didn't as item was poorly protected. If you use Buyee, don't pay for their plan, any payment to them will be lost.
Tip for consumers:
No customer service at all, do not pay for insurance or plan as they don't cover anything that might happen.
So any purchase you do is at your own risk...
