I have two Kias bought at different times. I was paying my bills through KMFUSA for a while with no trouble. Then someone punched in a wrong digit, and the trouble began.
The first time this happened I had to pay a$7.99 service charge. Then I leased a new Kia and they never put it into the system. The last couple of times I just mailed in my payment.
It's almost frustrating enough to not lease another Kia next time!
