I bought 3 items:
One was completely wrong. Wrong item, wrong fibers tipology and no labels at all. Quality like a $2 shop.
One had a very wrong colour (as shown in the pictures). The shown picture on their web site had a very nice stone washed green colour, the reality shows a poor plain colour and a poor hand made product.
No labels at all.
One was accetable even if the quality was very poor but, at least they guessed the item and the colour.
At the end I have paid a very low quality items badly made and cheap look product.
For my experience, fake pictures are the only strong skill of Lightin The Box.
On their web site seems we can complain and have a negotiating but nobody answer, so, for my experience has been only a BIG SCAM.
Considering my experience I also have some reasonable doubts regarding the autenticity of the positive reviews I saw on internet, but this is only a my opinion.
