I have a bad back and like to use a massager occasionally when it's bothering me. This one has a lot of power, can be adjusted to four speeds, and comes with a variety of attachments to hit different muscles. It's not going to magically cure your issues, but it makes sore or cramped limbs feel a bit better.It also uses a rechargable battery. With rechargeable batteries I'm always worried about what will happen if I leave it too long without using it, but so far I've had no issues.
