I ordered a service and repair manual for 2014 Mercedes GLK
Got a manual with a lots of pretty picture on all aspects of the car but NOTHING about repair

They quote 100% satisfaction guarantied but when I requested a refund on 3 attempts in the past 3 weeks, I got absolutely no response from them
So as far as I am concerned, it is ZERO satisfaction and a big song and dance on their part

So again I ask, please respond to my request for refund on #Order #A9A*******BZ
