Worst company to deal with. Purchased a subscription Loot Crate series for my son, nothing but delays and then unfulfilled promises. I initially contacted customer support and they said there were port delays. The delays kept growing. Eventually, they stopped responding to the support requests and said "here's the delay FAQ, look their for updates" Eventually, the series stopped appearing on their FAQ and then they stop responding to your support requests. Maybe they are inundated with everyone's complaints? Who knows, but save your money and don't buy from these scam artists.
