This is the second time I ordered a product only to receive an email a few days later saying they don't actually have merchandise. AND they still have the same product for sale. Even low end stores have a way of tracking how much merchandise they have in stock. This store is a sad joke. Amazing they are still in business.

They sell product they don't actually have, charge your card, and then weeks later send an email that "due to high demand" they cannot fill the order. What company sells product they don't have or cannot get? It's the most unprofessional thing I've ever seen. Can't imagine they will be in business for long.

I have purchased items from Horchow over the years, including furniture. It's never been a great experience so haven't bought from them in awhile. They had some Christmas decorations on sale so thought I take the chance. It's been over a week since I placed the order and am now getting notification that they don't actually have the items. I never have this happen with other stores. Can't believe how poorly run this store is.

I have bought dozens of sleepers for my foster children over the years, and they would last for years. The last couple I purchased ripped in the crotch within a couple of wearings. Customer service offered to send another one when it came in stock but never happened. I give up on these garments.

I now how to call any company I plan on ordering with and ask if they use FedEx for delivery If so, I cannot order from them as the delivery people are complete morons who cannot read the note on the front door that says not to leave packages on the front porch as they will be stolen. They just throw them from the sidewalk without even attempting to contact homeowner by at least ringing a doorbell. When you call the company to discuss, they say they will have a manager get back to you but never happens. I have no trouble with UPS or USPS putting them on the back porch, but FedEx just can't get the job done correctly. Done with any company that uses FedEx for shipping.
I ordered items twenty days ago that still haven't shipped. Carter's needs to get it together to play in the delivery game. This is unacceptable, and I will NEVER order from Carter's or Oshkosh again.
