The site clearly states "2 to 3 business days for us to print by hand, plus 3 to 5 business days to ship" for orders to be received. I placed an order on 11/24/2023 for multiple items for gifts and today is 12/13/2023 and my order has not yet been shipped. I reached out twice for updates because what they advertised on their site for the turnaround time vs what I am experiencing is quite different. The first email the representative said they were sorry and they had received an influx in orders causing a delay. The second representative, a week later, asked if I wanted to cancel my order and receive a refund. Well actually, I would really like the items that I rightfully paid for. Getting a refund now leaves me in a bind because it's close to Christmas and here I am wasting my time waiting for this company to send me my order and going out to get all new gifts for the 5 people is not really an option. I am never ordering from this company again and I hope this review helps others.
