I recently ordered some products from this website. Yes, they do have lower prices than most other online retailers, however, it took 3 weeks for my product to arrive. When I emailed their customer service to inquire about the delivery date, I received no response. I did eventually receive the product, however, it arrived in a Flat Rate Priority Box. Upon opening the package, I could smell the product and felt the wetness of the shampoo and conditioner. The caps of the bottles had been taped down to hold into place but there was definitely spillage, of $18.00 a bottle shampoo! I question the authenticity of the product and this retailer as the packaging appeared so unprofessional. I will not do business here again, and I suggest paying a few dollars more, to know you are getting the real thing... somewhere else!
