So this is the 3rd time i ordered using travelkhana and again the same $#*! was delivered! But this time it was not me, it was mother travelling and she has to face this $#*!ty service.
There is no quality check of food! When i called their customer care asking for compensation food on next station as my mother has not eaten anything, they said complain has been registered, u ll get a callback in 5 days! As if my mother is going to sit 5 days in train.
