If I had an option I would have given minus rating the worst experience the worst company customer care executive don't know how to talk, they rejected my claim for no reason, when I asked him the reason he give me silly reason, that your claim is rejected because you have not provided the paper first time, i told him that it happened because of you guys only, bec you whr not asking for the correct paper. They way in which he was talking was rude like you are talking with roadside criminal person even told me to get my product repaired on my own cost.
