Bought a phone used less than 3 month, contacted the costumer care in regards to the faulty product they then replied by saying they will replace it and sent a shipping link then after 2 days I got this
Your package was received, but unfortunately the cause of the screen issues are the significant cracks along the bottom of the screen caused by a significant drop or impact. See attachment. Damage caused by mishandling is not covered by warranty, so we have no choice but to return it to you as-is.
