The customer care lies and is unwilling to provide any assistance. If you are a business entity, you shouldn't work with them as they are not trustworthy and that's very bad for any business.

The service is poor and they can lie that you can see through to you as clear as day. It's their policy

I placed an order at 11 pm, the next morning I wrote to them to change one of the items. They did not bother to respond. Later when I called at 4pm. They stated it's been 6 hours! But how? I placed an order at 11 pm. when these guys were not working. I wrote to them the very next morning. They did not respond. They are counting the night when they were sleeping!

Tip for consumers:
The customer care should have responded to my email and acknowledged it within an hour.

The customer care should have apologized that she missed the email instructions.

The customer care should have resolved the issue and changed the item
