I had problems with this company a soon as I placed my order. PS&D creates a usps shipping label, then doesn't ship and does not send any updates/news regarding shipping time. That's was my exact experience. For two weeks, USPS site only showed "label created/Not shipped. I had to open a case with Paypal for the company to finally activate (ship) the USPS shipping label. The package was stuck somewhere for about a month until I finally got it. Customer service finds any excuse for every single error I pointed out with my complaint. They even dared saying that other perfume companies do not offer real personal customer service like they do which is a lie since I have gotten excellent customer service from 3 major perfume decant /sample companies every time and my orders with those other companies arrived within a week at the latest!. PS&D instead excused the co. For every error with poor excuses and, after not resolving my problem, asked me to write a good review after they sent me a coupon (I will never use it). PS&D also said that the bad reviews people have written about them (here, reddit ++) are fake as if some of the other + better companies would have to compete with PS&D in that manner! Now I know, first hand, that the bad reviews are real.
PS&D seems to be a very very small business operating from a basement or somewhere similar in California and I only got my package because I complained formally with Paypal. This is my First and Last order from this company...

The system is so old and needs to be updated. I have tried to delete items from Favorites but the items are still appearing on my list and I get unwanted notifications from sellers. I have complained many times but they say that their system needs an upgrade... that's all. Also, if you need to return something it will take a long time for them to VC to even notify you or to process the return. The site has no record of the return info or the process so you have to keep on checking with them and getting on their chat forum. I have no news on when my refund will be processed. They said that it goes to one place, then another (for a second check) and then I'll be notified. There are much better sites than VC to shop from.
