I had a terrible experince here, a bad review prevented me submitting new work for a fixed time and the rating system is 1-5 given a quality rating far below what would be fair. As a designer your not allowed to ask the client what they dislike or to adjust/revise. Its a hot mess.

Tip for consumers:
I deleted my account so cannot submit the profile proof - my review is based upon the support emails received when I requested they vet the terrible review I had been given, specifically for not following the brief, having only worked on a very small amount of projects (3) I felt the review was unfair. They were unwilling to do anything about it or lift the restrictions it placed on my account.
