Trip Factory has pathetic service. Please don't trust this site. We had booked a trip to ooty and I got diagnosed with jaundice. I had to cancel the plan and informed trip Factory 5 days in advance. We were assured of refund by them. Now it has been 2 months we did not get any refund. We have given them all the proofs/reports to validate the genuineness of the disease. Please don't fall in their trap.
