I liked the connivence of having my lawn automatically done every other week and automatic payment after the job was done. I have hired 2 businesses from this site, the prices were good, as was the work, but eventually they stopped coming without any response. Also both companies never responded to multiple text messages and calls about the missed appointments. I decided to go with another business on Angi's List with great service, communication, and they met my prior prices. Unfortunately the poor and inconsistent customer service lost my business. Hopefully other customers have a better experience.
