This company gives 0 $#*!s to its customers, the return I made by Nov 28 still hasn't been refunded yet, and non of their CS want to help. They have indifferent attitudes and their return policy is not fair for Paypal users. This is a boomer company still making boomer style clothes, which has not caught up to the customer-centric mindset of a modern fashion company. AVOID your pain, I am still waiting for my dollars to be returned to me!

I have an authenticate Fendi bag ref ******* with a price tag recently been rejected by them without any reasons and they are holding my bag without shipping it back to me unless I pay their shipping fee. I have asked them many times to give me specific reasons because they said they couldn't verify, but they keep divert the conversation and asked me for invoices... Whether an item is fake or not doesn't depends on the invoice... their basic logic is false and their ambiguity towards how and why they determine a seller selling unauthenticated item is even more unreasonable. It seems to me that they have never require any items have invoices and tens of thousands sellers are selling "new" " very good" condition on their website with no problem. I think they have no idea if an item is real or not, they just in it to make money whenever they find a chance.
