Despite not trying the food plan given to me, just watching what I eat and how much, even curbing carbs has been an eye opener throughout these past few weeks. Not quite to my weight goal but happy with how much I lost, and going through a new diet plan. Starting from 223 and now weighting 213! That's big! Trying to get to my beach bod before Spring ends! Wish me luck!
