DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!
It's difficult to even give LAWN LOVE one star because they've failed to even mow my entire lawn a single time.
I should have looked here before contacting Lawn Love for mowing service.
After signing up, and agreeing to a three cut minimum, and letting them know access to my fence was limited to a 53 inch gate, I was assigned a "pro," and scheduled for service. After being rescheduled multiple times Oscar Bustos lawn care came out but only mowed the front indicating he couldn't access the back yard, even though they knew ahead of time what size my gate was. Why did he take the job if he didn't have the necessary equipment?
So I tried to get some sort of customer service, and after playing phone tag Megan, from customer support, acted very concerned, told me my job was important to them, and that she would get another crew out to take care of the job. In the mean time I had to mow our back yard, which was incredibly long by this time, and after multiple recent shoulder surgeries, which is why I was looking for a service in the first place. Still, Megan said I would not be charged for the first mowing, and I was then scheduled with RightWay Lawncare and Property Maintenance, 3-4 days later.
It's now been seven days with no rain or inclement weather, and RightWay Lawncare has not shown up, and our lawn has not been mowed AGAIN, and so I will have to mow it myself AGAIN.
Given Lawn Love's incredible ineptitude I will be seeking release from my three cut agreement, since they can't even do it right once. In addition to my review here, I will also be submitting a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
