BEWARE! 95% OF THE LEADS ARE SCAMS AND THEY DONT REFUND OR GIVE YOU ANY REPLACEMENTS EVEN THOUGH THEY SAY ITS SOLEY BASED ON THE CUSTOMERS DECISION... NOT TRUE! WE HAVE USED ANGI FOR OVER A YEAR AND IN THE BEGINNING WE RECVD ABOUT 5 TO 10 LEADS EVERY COUPLE OF WEEKS FOR ABOUT 300 A MONTH.,.DURING THE PANDEMIC... AND EVERYONE SAW IT AS A GREAT PLATFORM WE WERE 4.9 STARS WITH SEVERAL REVIEWS. BUT WE STOPPED GETTING MORE THAN ONE A MONTH OF ACTUAL LEADS.JUST SCAMS...NAMES WOULD COME UP AND I WOULD CLICK THE LINK AND IT WOULD SHOW UP AS A DIFFERENT NAME AND PHONE NUMBER.I WOULD CALL/EMAIL...AND GET THIS NUMBER/EMAIL DOES NOT EXIST SO i WOULD CALL EMAIL MY CASE MANAGER TERRY AND SHE WOULD SAY...I WILL GET YOU A REPLACEMENT LEAD AND I WOULD ASK...WELL YOU GUYS SAID THESE ARE BASED ON THE CUSTOMER DECIDING...THEN I WOULD GET SILENCE.BUT THEN I WOULD SAY WELL I SHOULD GET SOME SORT OF CREDIT FOR ALL THESE SCAM PPL...(4-5 AT A TIME) SHE SAID NOPE! YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY...CONTRACT SAY NO MATTER WHAT YOU HAVE TO PAY YOUR MONTHLY...NO MATTER WHAT...EVEN IF WE DONT KEEP OUR PART OF THE CONTRACT YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY...SO I EMAILED EVERYONE ON MY LIST FOR ANGIS TO NO AVAIL...THEY ARE NOW JUST A SCAM COMPANY WHO ONLY CARES ABOUT YOUR MONEY...NOT ACTUALLY SENDING YOU LEADS...

I ORDERED 6DAYS AGO PAID FOR FAST OVERNIGHT...WHICH SAID 4 DAYS IT IS NOW 6 AND STILL SAYS IN PRODUCTION I ONLY ORDERED 500 BUSINESS CARDS AND A FEW MAGNETS SO IT SHOULD BE A QUICK PRODUCE SINCE ITS NOT A BIG ORDER...OR MAYBE THATS THE PROBLEM...YES THEY ANSWER BUT JUST KEEP SAYING.ITS COMING.I NEEDED THEM FOR SOMETHING ON FRIDAY...YESTERDAY...MAYBE i WILL JUST STAY WITH THE SITE THAT I KNOW TREATS MY ORDER JUST AS IMPORTANT...AND I DONT EVEN KNOW IF THE QUALITY IS GOOD YET.
Update...it is now Wednesday my status is still order arrival date for last Friday I have sent emails and done live chat...asked for money back...to no avail. They tell me its coming but status never changes...they said i can't get my money back because its in production.i said for 8 days...i said you are supposed to be fast and yet this is the longest to even produce my order(compared to the other company)...i would suggest not using them...all the reviews they have are 3 words.that says fake...
