Customer service and abiding by its own return policy is a severe issue with this company. I purchased a champagne sequin dress and received a rose gold dress. Since they sent the wrong color, I contacted them for a refund. Instead of honoring the request to return it, the customer service rep tried to convince me to keep and that I would look and be amazing in it. A nice sentiment, but it still doesnt give me my money back or a champagne dress. The company then changed the item during our two-week debate to claim they only had rose-gold. Note: when I ordered the dress, they had a ton of colors available. When I checked back, they only had three colors available. I had a screen shot of the confirmation order with the color (and title Champagne) listed but they would only concede to a $5 USD refund. The crazy thing is that I only found one negative review on WeddingWire.com and had to really dig on other sites, so I guess they had some luck in the past. While it's funny, its super annoying to be told that youll look great in a dress that you obviously dont want and didn't purchase.
