“Sent wrong dress and won't refund my $200.”

The dress looks different from the one they sent. After emailing them over and over they have nothing but excuses and says they are not giving me a refund, even after I provided my size and pics of the dress to prove it wasn't the same, it was a generic version of it! I'm so pissed, I'm contacting BBB!
