Terrible, terrible customer service.
Made 2 orders 4 days apart. Earlier one never came. Every time I phoned they blamed Auspost, then eventually someone told me that the first order was never sent out! They organised a replacement order express post but now that hasn't arrived!
I think this order is cursed!
They had the nerve to accuse me of lying about receiving the earlier order because they had a photo of the later order having been delivered from Auspost. That really got my back up! I was trying to be nice but passive aggressive accusations from their customer service staff are surely not the way to go?
I am beyond mad now. I just want my money back but they won't give it until I receive an order that was never sent. Arghhhhhhh! I will never use my bloody stupid Nespresso machine again. A total, total waste of money, terrible, terrible customer service and an awful Nespresso Experience. I have now been waiting on live chat for a reply for over 30 mins.
This is beyond a joke!
