Yep, you heard it right. After ordering five items, I returned two IN THE SAME PACKAGE to Motherhood. They refunded the less expensive item and claimed to have "never received" the $40 poncho that was returned with the pants.
They submitted a "search request" to their warehouse and told me it would take two weeks to look for the item. After two follow up calls, being told the same thing and now over two months later, I'm out $40 bucks and don't even have the item.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I will never use them again.
