After years of playing, my child was hacked by another player. Co did nothing to help, though we begged
Tip for consumers:
Don’t. Your hard-earned stuff can be stolen in an instant (has been reported by many children) and the company will not do anything to help. They will not return items that have been taken nor will they seek out those that are hacking accounts. They will ignore you begging for help while your child cries because years of earning little pets she holds dear have been wiped out.
