They closed my account with after several years without giving a reason (for internal reasons). I found a bug in their system and reported it directly to the customer service team. I made a full explanation and showed where the error was, after that they close my account and took all my money. They asked for the personal information: address in details, my all private data with my parent names, they asked for bank page screenshot and bank statement. This is prohibited by institutions in my country (my country has 1st place in the world in knowledge about cybersecurity), still I did not get my money back. I've done for other companies similiar things and have never encountered a similar behaviour. They can stolen money without any reason. I reported it to the European institutions.
