This informative book has got everything from A to Z. 4 weeks is not just for enhancing title, it actually worked. The book contains from essentially required nutrients to health products (like fish oil, Daily Energy) to the natural foods for weight loss and their benefits, I couldnt ask for more. Also, it has the work out section that provides a wide range of exercises which makes this book a complete package for those who desire to become fat to fit in lesser time. :)
