I have purchased 3 tickets for Argentina vs Iceland match on 13th March 2018.
On 15th June, one day before the match, the delivery department cancelled the order and informed over mail that full refund will be made to me within 30 working days.
I have mailed 6 times in between, the latest being today with refund request, but no refund has been made. I have called multiple times to the Delivery Department, without any assurance.
I have lost trust and this is an appeal to help me get my hard earned money back.
