I was a frequent buyer of Snapdeal till 2016 but, I stopped shopping with them since had a bad experience with their customer support. They had automated their entire customer support due to which one could not speak with a human. I recently saw an ad on Facebook and decided to give it another shot and to my utter surprise, this time they started to showcase their customer support options tome pro-actively.
I tried using their What's app chat support and found it very useful and quite a seamless experience. I will recommend everyone to be use them again.
