My Samsung Washing Machine defective... and the fear of being ripped off by some dubious providers on the Internet. Then, however, the service center was found... and commissioned on the basis of the positive reviews. And what can I say: That's how customer service works. Nice technician came the same day, fixed the error (dirty pump) and calculated the flat rate communicated in advance on the phone (400 rupees). All in less than 30 minutes. Top!
