Not at all satisfied with the service provided by this agency. They cancelled a camp stay and they provided the worst room that day. They kept changing the plan as per their wish. Not at all friendly at all. They charged extra money for some places which we barely remember that we went there. On last day, they asked for that extra money and stopped the car in middle & asked us to pay that money. They are doing this after knowing that we have train to catch. They don't even bother about their clients. They try to loot our money. Beware of this agency. Would never recommend this to anyone.
