I came in January 29th to get the motherboard of an Xbox console fix, some other the connectors got ripped off. It's been a month and anytime I call or come in for an update I'm just told that it's "being worked on", and that's all I've gotten for a month straight. No other information, like a time line or estimated date of that it might be finished. I wish I would have done more research because this type of job takes a few hours, I found stores saying they could do it in 2-5 days. I can't even take back my console without paying them $210 for the "attempt" when they haven't even dismantled it from what I could tell. The customer service here is horrible. When I call the told me anything they can to get me off the phone. Multiple times I was told that the technician would call me so I can get more info but everytime no one called me back. I asked to speak to a manager and the guy at the desk gave me a card saying that was the owners number, it was the store number, he didn't care about helping me at all. I wish I would have never brought in my console, I've just been strung along for the last month.
